While each permitting agency has different approval guidelines, ELK’s permitting staff has developed a professional relationship with each agency to ensure that all permits are approved on the initial submittal. The length of time for approvals can be as quick as 48 hours to 2 weeks.

ELK can assist with all aspects of Land Management including but not limited to Damage Negotiations/Settlements, Construction Liaison, and Trespass issues.
